I've been visiting dentists for over thirty years, and Floss Family Dentistry with Dr. Hulse is by far the best experience I've had. The cleanings, fillings, and implant repairs were exceptional. My son, who has complex medical and dental needs, has also received outstanding care. Dr. Hulse is not only skilled and efficient but also very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and transparent. Everyone at the clinic has been awesome to work with. Without a doubt, Dr. Hulse is the best dentist my family has ever worked with. My other dentist told me I needed a crown for a chipped tooth and quoted me $600+ with insurance. My sis-in-law had a similar experience so she found Floss Family Dental and told me I should go to get another opinion. I was able to get in a week after scheduling. The dental assistant was so sweet and nice. The dentist took a look and gave me a few options like just removing the old filling and replace it and fill the hole where the tooth chipped. He was able to do it right then too so I didn’t have to come back in! And it was only $63! So happy I came here and decided to get a 2nd opinion. I’ll definitely be staying.

I had unnecessary dental work done when I was a child and so I have not liked to go to the dentist. Dr. Hulse was patient and listened. Even with not seeing a dentist for years, I went in for a cleaning with my children. He didn’t tell me that I needed extra work and take advantage. He told me there were a couple different options. I went in today and needed a tooth extraction that I knew I needed, and he do all the work in one sitting and efficiently. I only felt one of the numbing shots. As long as I see him, I will be keeping up on my cleanings and cavities. The whole office was amazing. When I went to pay my bill, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I will continue going to Dr. Hulse and his assistants.

I had a checkup, cleaning and cap re-cemented and the cost was very reasonable. I appreciate the new technology used for x-rays, where the pics immediately show up on the monitor in front of you and the exposure to radiation is significantly lower compared to past technologies. I’m a former dental assistant so I know a bit and 8 months ago I went to a few other dentists, all of which told me I needed several crowns… I knew I didn’t and the reasoning didn’t make sense. Went to Dr Hulse and he is kind, efficient and honest. He confirmed what I thought and I in deed don’t need any crowns I felt safe and protected and knew I was with someone that wanted to take care of me. Just amazing!!!! wife went to another dentist (dont know what she was thinkin since our kids comes to floss family) and was quoted $2000 (with insurance) for root canal. came to flossy for second opinion and got two filings done instead for $98. But if she needed root canal it would only be for $483 big difference!!!!!! not only this but she got xray done at other place for $150 and did another one at flossy for no cost they did not have her pay again!!!! everyone here is amazing. and hust a great experience all around. looove this place! we took our family here cous of the reviews!!! they aint lying!

Great experience! I have put off having my teeth cleaned for almost 2 years due to shady experiences at a couple other dentist offices (before moving to UT). I was so tired of being told something was wrong at every single appointment. I was starting to feel like it’s all just about making money off of the patient. Well, this place is not like that at all and I’ll be keeping up with my cleanings from now on! The office got me in super quickly. It’s very clean and everyone was so nice. The hygienist (I think her name is Kennedy) is so sweet! We talked the whole appointment and it made things fly by! Turned what is typically a nerve-wracking experience for me into an enjoyable one! These guys have completely changed my family’s experience with dental care. My husband has a lot of fear and anxiety, and for me it’s just a time and attention on myself issue. For my husband they are incredibly patient and communicative, helping him feel comfortable every step of the way. And for me they’re very easy to schedule with, often working me in where they can and having a great system of reminders. They also tend to be quick and get me in and out in under an hour most of the time.

I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past so I haven't been in several years. I had set an appointment for a cleaning in about a month, but ended up with intense tooth pain and needed to get in much sooner. They were able to fit me in at noon on the same day. The ambiance of the office itself put me at ease when I first walked in the door. There is no "dentist office smell," you know what smell I'm talking about! The office is super clean and family friendly, and there is a huge waiting room. I filled out some quick paperwork and the dental assistant was already waiting for me before I even handed the paperwork back to the receptionist! The assistant was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable. She did a great job with the x-rays and didn't have to redo anything. Dr. Hulse was so warm and friendly from the second he walked in the room. He gave me a very thorough treatment plan and explained everything so well that I didn't have any questions for him at all. He was able to take care of the problem tooth and a couple others while he was in there. He is the absolute best at administering numbing, I seriously couldn't feel a thing (no pun intended)! I have to come back to finish up a few fillings, and they were able to schedule it for this week. From the office staff, to the assistant, and Dr. Hulse, I am seriously SO impressed and grateful that I found my new favorite dental office! We'll be setting up a cleaning for my husband and telling everyone we know to come here!

Before I even came in, the receptionist who answered the phone and set up my appointment was so kind and friendly. When I showed up I was greeted and waited less than 5 minutes before I was called back. My hygienist Linda was fantastic! We chatted like old friends while she cleaned my teeth extremely thoroughly. Dr Blair has been my family's dentist for three years now and he's really great. Hygienist Lynda did a great job making my experience great, as I have had bad experiences in the past. She educated me on my teeth and what she was doing, which no other hygienist had done. Dr. Hulse is the best! He is super friendly, and extremely knowledgable in his field of dentistry. My gums were inflamed during my cleaning, and the hygienist and I couldn't figure out why as I was doing everything right in my dental care. He asked me one question, and figured out almost instantly why my gums were having inflation. On top of that, his prices are super affordable for an exam and xrays without insurance. They aren't high pressure at all if you're thinking of having some cosmetic work done such as Invisalign. I highly recommend Dr. Hulse and his team!

If you are looking for a family dentist then Dr Hulse at Floss Family Dental is the best. My kids love to go to the dentist and they are usually done with their check ups so fast. The dental assistants are also super nice and so helpful!! My little one had a tooth that has been wiggly since Dec. Her adult tooth was growing thru and pushing the baby tooth forward into her lip. Absolutely amazing experience. Brought my son (2.5 years old) in to have some work done after he busted up a couple of his teeth. A little backstory - our youngest actually spent a bit of time in the NICU, so basically any idea of my children being “under” is incredibly frightening to me. The anesthesiologist from Cloud 9 came and answered a ton of Questions for me. Explained how everything would work and what to expect. Was very understanding about my fears and even talked about my younger son’s time in the NICU with me. Once they got him relaxed, they took him back and got to work. Dr Hulse came out and told me what to expect. He then followed up by coming out and letting me know what exactly would need to be done once he saw the X-rays. When the procedure was over, he came out one more time and told me how well my little guy did. He then took me back to a nice little area they have for kiddos who were under anesthesia. It was a little waiting room with a bean bag that he was sleeping on. They let me wait there with him until he woke up. All in all - absolutely phenomenal team. As a worried dad, I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave him (and me)

I have always felt uneasy as a dental patient and sitting in a dental chair for even a simple cleaning or exam has brought on extreme anxiety. With time, me putting off routine checks and the smallest of procedures, made it necessary for me to have extensive work done. I searched out local offices and Floss Dental in Lehi had been highly recommended. From making my appointments, getting my 4 children in to be seen as well, checking in, text reminders and communication, hassle free insurance authorizations, same day answers to billing questions, transparent break down of charges, knowledgeable staff and extremely clean and professional office/procedure spaces. Those are all a direct reflection of how Dr.Husle manages his office. In just about a month's time I have been able to get ALL of the work I desperately needed completed with virtually no downtime and almost completely pain free. There was no need to go to any other specialist for my root canals, crowns, etc. Dr.Husle is an extremely talented dentist and has made a lifetime patient out of me and my family.

Right down to choosing the music you'd like to listen to when going in. We love the practice so much, my wife and son also come to see Dr. Hulse. So long story short, I had a crown put on about a year ago and it flared up out of nowhere. When I called before opening hours, Dr. Hulse provided his personal cell phone on the answering service. I was able to text him directly and get in same day as I was in tremendous pain. We came up with a treatment plan which unfortunately didn't go exactly to "plan" given how severe the tooth infection was. I texted the next day and was given immediate care. In 40+ years of going to the dentist, I've never met a more upfront and kind set of professionals. Thanks for being there when I needed you Floss Family Dentistry!

I was so happy to find Dr Hulse again after his old place down in Salem switch to a new owner, and even though I live in Spanish Fork it's well worth the drive to Lehi for any dental work that's needed. He's resolved a number of weird tooth issues for me, and removed my daughter's wisdom teeth earlier this week. He and everybody in his office are always all so friendly and happy to explain everything that's happening, so good with kids, and so patient with everybody. He even called just to check on my daughter and see how she's doing with her recovery. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

I LOVE this dentist! I have had many dentists before, but this one takes the cake for the best. I went in for the first time in 4+ years and came out beyond happy. I hadn't seen a dentist in so long due to lack of medical insurance. The front desk assured me that my insurance covered my entire visit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Waiting room was so nice with even an area for your kids to play. The dental assistant was so talkative and friendly. She was also very good in talking me through what she was doing so I felt less nervous. I have NEVER had a dental appointment that I came out from without my teeth hurting. Normally just a routine cleaning and my teeth are bleeding and sore. I'd always take some pain meds after my dentist appointments or before to combat the pain I'd get during. Would make me not eat for hours after a cleaning just because my teeth were sore. This was my first cleaning that I didn't have to do that. My teeth feel and look nice, the cleaning was gentle. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time walking me through everything and explaining. Even the dentist was so friendly and listened to my concerns. He provided me with info to help as well as the dental assistant. I will be going to them from now on and definitely bring my child once she's old enough and my boyfriend there as well. I have found the perfect dentist for me! Left with the biggest smile on my face and plenty of helpful tips for my teeth care.

Can always be a little difficult and worrisome trying to find a new dentist. Found Dr. Hulse on the internet and made an appointment for my son and I. We arrived a little early for our appointment (we were the first of the day) before the front office staff arrived and we were greeted by Dr. Hulse who checked us in. Our appointments were completed quickly and Dr. Hulse was even able to replace a filling I had broken, all in less than an hour and 10 minutes. Everyone in the office was personable and easy to talk to. 10/10 would visit again and would def recommend!

Doctor Hulse clearly explained the situation in detail so that we could understand the problem at hand. He was gentle and you can definitely tell he cares about his clients. Dr. Hulse is amazing. I have been looking for a dentisit and now have found an excellent one. He is very knowledgable and has many years of experience. Being a dentist in the army gave him valuable experiences and additional skills with different geographical locations and different cultures. This was very valuable to me in my case, as he saw details in my xrays that are rare for around here. He recommended we watch my molars rather than do 2 root canals or 2 extractons with implants that other dentists recommended the prior week. This saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and countless hours of trips to dentist and best of all no bloddy holes on my mouth. I'm so so happy. On another tooth, with a small side cavity, he simply filled it. it was quick and easy and inexpensive, about $100. Another dentist said it would need a full crown and repair for about $1000. What a huge difference. Today I was very blessed to have Dr. Hulse conservatively and efficiently work with a treatment plan for my teeth. this is so important to me. I totally get stressed going to previous dentists, and he was so kind, willing to answer my questions and to explain the xrays. His staff was so helpful and spent extra effort in calling to find out about my dental direct discount plan. Dr Hulse rocks. He even wears 1 red and 1 green ked shoe for the holiday season. We turned up the Christmas music and rocked out. He sang along as he worked. It was a great experience and allievated the financial stress and painful torture of unnecessary dental work for me. Hooray I found him. Great present to me and my husband. Thanks to Dr. Hulse and his staff!!!

I used to see Dr. Hulse at Salem Smiles and was so sad when they sold the practice, but I was thrilled when I saw he opened up a new one! He has been the best dentist I've ever seen. He's not drill-happy, which I love, and he tries to do same-day drilling if you have a cavity. His new office is amazing! The hygienist is great too. Couldn't recommend Dr. Hulse enough.

Dr Benjamin Hulse is amazing! I’ve had two dentists try to patch my bonding on my front teeth and neither of them could get the shape, size or color to match the other. With help from Ruby, Dr. Hulse has it looking fabulous in 15-20 minutes! They haven’t looked or felt this good for a long time.
